Join our team at Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in Operations, the backstage powerhouse of our stores. This is a physically demanding, high-intensity role that keeps our stores running seamlessly. You’ll be a flexible, digitally confident team player, collaborating across functions and locations to meet operational demands.
Work Pattern
Week 1
- Sunday: 05:45 – 12:45
- Thursday: 04:30 – 12:30
- Friday: 04:30 – 12:30

Note on Premium Pay: A +£3.00/hour unsocial premium is added only to hours worked between 22:00–06:00.
Requirements
- Age: Must be 18 years or older for health and safety compliance.
- Essential skills & traits:
- Physical stamina for a high-intesity role.
- Speed and accuracy in stock and delivery handling.
- Digital proficiency in using tools for stock tracking and delivery coordination.
- Teamwork and adaptability to support cross-functional store operations.
- Agility to respond dynamically to shifting demands (e.g., early deliveries, late-day stock adjustments).
