About the Role
Join our team at Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in Operations! You’ll be the behind-the-scenes driving force that keeps our stores running seamlessly. This is a physically demanding, high-intensity role where you’ll tackle stock, deliveries, and essential backstage tasks with pace, precision, and teamwork.
Work Pattern
Alternating shift patterns ensure operational 24/7 coverage:
Week 1:
- Sunday: 16:30 – 20:30
- Friday: 16:30 – 20:30
- Saturday: 16:30 – 20:30

Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the heartbeat of the store’s logistics, ensuring:
- Stock & Deliveries: Fast, accurate management of incoming goods and team workspace prep.
- Retail Efficiency: Shifting stock, maintaining availability, and keeping the shop floor running smoothly.
- Store Support: Multitasking—helping across functions where needed, with flexibility at the core.
- Digital Proficiency: Confidently using tools for stock tracking and delivery coordination.
- Team Collaboration: Supporting colleagues across departments in a fast-paced environment.
