Notice Regarding Unsociable Hours Pay
Additional payment of +£3.00 per hour is applied to shifts worked between 22:00 and 06:00.

- Be a passionate brand ambassador, confidently recommending and selling M&S Food’s newest products.
- Deliver five-star customer service every time, ensuring shoppers feel valued and prioritised.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for our product range, showcasing why M&S Food is the market leader.

- Operate seamlessly in a high-demand retail environment, maintaining focus during peak periods.
- Balance speed and accuracy—whether filling orders, assisting customers in-store, or driving sales growth.

- In-store tablets/devices

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Passionate about food and retail, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven team player capable of balancing speed of service with accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, even under pressure.
- Comfortable with digital tools and Keen to contribute to a fast-paced, service-oriented culture.
