Customer Assistant – Lidl – 35-Hour Contract
About the Role
£13.45 - £14.45 per hour | 35-hour contract | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme (plus extra benefits)

As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. You’ll:
- Restock shelves
- Assist at untils during peak times
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Deliver outstanding customer service

Responsibilities
- Be a customer expert – Help shoppers with queries on products or requests.
- Efficiently handle deliveries – Assist with receiving and organising goods in-store.
- Provide top-tier customer service – Go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Keep the bakery fresh – Proactively restock and top up baked goods.
- Merchandise Non-Food aisles – Arrange and maintain shelf displays for a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Flexibility – Willingness to start shifts early or finish late.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- A passionate work ethic and drive to excel in your role.
- A friendly, approachable personality to engage with colleagues and customers alike.
