Replenishment Team Job Opening – Morrisons
We’re seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our Replenishment team, working on the shop floor to ensure our shelves remain fully stocked with fresh and ambient products.
About the Role
As part of our fast-paced and highly structured environment, you’ll operate in a schedule-driven role with clear routines, helping to maintain smooth operations so customers can always find what they need, when they need it.
- Shifts can begin as early as 4am—please factor this into your availability when applying
- Training provided to support other teams, such as Market Street (fresh food) or Customer Service
- Ideal for team players who thrive in collaborative andftp proactive environments
Key Responsibilities
✔ Maintain tyabr shelf stock levels for fresh, ambient, and seasonal products ✔ Follow structured routines, including timed tasks and workflow protocols to ensure efficiency ✔ Support other store teams, including replenishing Market Street fresh products ✔ Provide excellent customer service and assist with any customer queries ✔ Ensure safe and proper use of equipment in line with store policies
