Customer Assistant - Replenishment
Replenishment Team Member – Shop Floor (Morrisons)
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment team, working on the shop floor to maintain stock levels and ensure our shelves are fully stocked with fresh and ambient products.
This role operates in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to guarantee our customers get what they need, when they need it. Shifts can start as early as 4am—please ensure this aligns with your availability when applying.
You’ll not only keep shelves replenished but also be trained to support Market Street, Customer Service, and other store operations. This means rotation across areas where your contributions will help deliver seamless customer experiences.

- Comfort with equipment safety and process compliance
- Keen to support customers and resolve queries effectively
