Customer Assistant - Replenishment
Join Our Replenishment Team – Shop Floor Stock Management Role
About the Role
We’re seeking friendly, reliable Foodmakers to join our Replenishment Team and keep our shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products. This key role ensures our customers can quickly access everything they need—their way.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment that operates with clear timelines, following established routines for smooth operations. While shifts can start as early as 4:00am, your enthusiasm and the desire to help will make every day engaging.
We’ll also cross-train you to support other parts of the store, from our signature Market Street section to Customer Service, making this a rewarding role for a collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
- Work efficiently to restock shelves with fresh and ambient products, ensuring minimal disruptions to customer flow
- Follow timed routines and processes to maintain a structured, high-performance working environment
- Support Market Street and Customer Service teams as required, demonstrating adaptability and initiative
- Assure product safety and freshness, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
- Recommend stock levels and replenishment patterns based on customer demand trends
- Troubleshoot minor stock-related issues while escalating critical concerns to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to tackle tasks as per store priorities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for individuals who share our customer-first passion and exhibit the following qualities:
- A helpful and friendly approach in all interactions
- A preference for active, hands-on tasks and teamwork
- The ability to work comfortably in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Ensure safe equipment use and process rigour
- A dedication to exceeding customer expectations, resolving queries with patience and care
