Customer Assistant - Replenishment
Replenishment Team – Shop Floor Position
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment team, working on the shop floor to keep our shelves fully stocked with all of our wonderful fresh and ambient products.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities, ensuring smooth operations so customers can get what they need, when they need it. This role may start shifts from 4am, so please keep this in mind when applying.
You’ll also receive training to support other teams, such as Market Street or Customer Service, making this an ideal role for a collaborative, hardworking individual.

About You
We seek approachable, customer-focused individuals with the following attributes:

- Thrives in a busy, structured team environment
- Comfortable with safe equipment use and process adherence
- Passionate about assisting customers and resolving queries
Important: We only recruit individuals over the school-leaving age. Some roles require applicants to be at least 18 due to health and safety regulations.
