Shop Floor Replenishment Team Member
We’re looking to recruit friendly, reliable people to join our team, working on the shop floor to ensure our shelves are always stocked with fresh and ambient products.
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and time-based activities. Your work will directly support customers by making sure they can easily find what they need—when they need it.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Contributing to stock replenishment and shop floor organisation
- Supporting Market Street (customer-facing tasks)
- Assisting the Customer Service team where needed
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed
Shifts can start as early as 4:00 AM, so please consider this when applying.

About You
We’re looking for customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced team environment and take pride in delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates should demonstrate:
- A helpful and friendly approach
- Ability to stay active and hands-on (even during long shifts)
- Strong teamwork skills in busy environments
- Equipment safety awareness plus the ability to follow processes
- A willingness to support customers and resolve their queries efficiently
Important: Due to health and safety regulations, applicants must be over the school-leaver age. Certain roles require applicants to be 18+.
