Customer Assistant - Replenishment
Replenishment Team – Shop Floor Position
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment team, working on the shop floor to keep our shelves fully stocked with all our wonderful fresh and ambient products. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment with structured routines and timed activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our customers.
The Role
Shifts can start as early as 4am, so please consider this when applying. Trained to support multiple store functions, including our Market Street and Customer Service teams, this role suits someone who is keen to contribute wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
- Stock shelves efficiently in a structured, high-energy setting
- Support other departments as required (Market Street preparations, customer service, etc.)
- Follow health and safety protocols and adjoining processes
- Maintain a customer-focused, proactive mindset
About You
We’re looking for:
- A helpful and friendly approach—delivering excellent customer service
- Someone who enjoys physical activity and hands-on work
- Experience working in a busy, structured environment
- Comfortable with operational equipment and health & safety requirements
- A collaborative spirit—willing to assist team members and customers effectively
