Replenishment Team Member - Shop Floor (Morrisons)

We’re hiring friendly, reliable teammates for our fast-paced Replenishment Team. Stocking shelves and supporting across the store doesn’t just help us—it makes life easier and smoother for everything we do.
This role doesn’t just keep shelves stocked—it supports the whole shop, including our Market Street and Customer Service teams.
The Role
You’ll be working in a highly structured, highly collaborative environment, where discipline and agility are key. Our routines and scheduled activities ensure everything runs like clockwork—but that doesn’t mean it’s boring—hence the dawn starts for some shifts: times begin from 4am.
Training will equip you to thrive, helping wherever and whenever needed—it’s about adding value and keeping the shop rolling.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining stock levels in a fast-paced, organised fashion, ensuring shelves are always full.
- Checking, rotating, taking care of fresh and ambient products.
- Assisting other teams, including Market Street and Customer Service.
- Working in a team and helping one another to run smoothly.
- Following strict safety and operational protocols.

Requirements
- Like working hands-on—you have to be up for a busy, dynamic environment.
- Quick to be safe—comfortable with equipment, processes and routine safety checks.
- Relationship-first mindset: Our customers are our top priority.
- Passionate about teamwork—you bring a helping-friendship attitude!
- Must be over school-leaving age (see UK guidance here)—some roles require you to be 18+ due to health and safety.
