Customer Assistant - Replenishment
Replenishment Team Member – Shop Floor
We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our Replenishment team in keeping our shelves stocked with fresh and ambient products.
About the Role
You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to ensure our shelves are always fully stocked. Shifts start from 4am, so please keep this in mind when applying.
Training will be provided to support Market Street teams and Customer Service, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys helping wherever needed.

About You
We’re looking for passionate individuals who put customers first, with the following skills:
- Helpful and friendly approach
- Enjoys a hands-on, active role
- Thrives in busier, structured environments
- Comfortable with equipment safety and processes
- Happy to support customers and resolve queries
Note:
- Candidates must be over school-leaving age (typically 16+ in the UK)
- Some roles may require employees to be over 18 due to health & safety requirements.
