Replenishment Team Member – Shop Floor (Morrisons)
For a POSITION in Fresh and Ambient Replenishment
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, team-focused individuals to join our Replenishment Team. You’ll work on the shop floor ensuring our shelves are always full of fresh and ambient products across our supermarkets and convenience stores.
This is a fast-paced, structured role with timed routines to support efficient operations. While shifts start from 4am, those early mornings help guarantee excellent stock availability so our customers can shop with ease.
You’ll also receive cross-department training to assist in areas like Market Street (our in-store café) or Customer Service—making this ideal for adaptable team players.
📜 Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus is maintaining optimal stock levels, but your role extends to supporting other teams. Key duties include:
- Restocking shelves with fresh and ambient products, ensuring full visibility and faultless presentation.
- Monitoring stock levels and rotating products during shifts.
- Assisting with lifting, moving, and handling stock—efficiently and safely, including pallet handling when trained.
- Providing a friendly, customer-focused experience when assisting shoppers.
- Supporting the Market Street Café and other store teams as needed.
- Following food safety and hygiene best practices, including personal and workstation cleanliness.
- Maintaining clean shop floor areas as part of the team.
(Training provided—no prior experience necessary!)
