Customer Assistant - Replenishment

Replenishment Team Role – Shop Floor

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment Team, working on the shop floor to keep our shelves fully stocked with all of our wonderful fresh and ambient products.

About the Role

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to ensure smooth operations—so our customers can always find what they need, when they need it.

Key details:

  • Shifts can start as early as 4am, so availability is essential.
  • You’ll support other store teams, including Market Street and Customer Service, making this a great role for a proactive team player.
  • Training is provided on all equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain well-stocked shelves for fresh and ambient products.
  • Work efficiently in a structured environment with clear processes.
  • Provide orientation and support to other customer-facing teams.
  • Safely operate equipment and follow store procedures.

Requirements & Qualities

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have a helpful and friendly approach.
  • Enjoy hands-on, active work.
  • Excel in a busy, structured environment.
  • Are comfortable using equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Love assisting customers and resolving queries.
