Customer Assistant - Replenishment

Replenishment Team Member – Shop Floor Role

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment team, ensuring our shelves are fully stocked with fresh and ambient products in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You’ll work across our shop floor to maintain stock levels, supporting clear routines and timed tasks. Shifts start as early as 4am, so flexibility is essential.

Occasionally, you’ll also assist other teams, like Market Street or Customer Service, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stock levels to keep shelves fully stocked
  • Follow structured processes in a fast-paced setting
  • Support training and assistance across multiple store teams
  • Operate equipment safely while helping customers and resolving queries
