Replenishment Team – Shop Floor Assistant
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment team, working on the shop floor to keep our shelves fully stocked with all of our wonderful fresh and ambient products.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced, structured environment, with clear routines and timed activities to ensure smooth operations—delivering outstanding customer service by guaranteeing products are available when people need them, from early mornings onward.
Shifts may begin as early as 4am, so timings should be considered when applying.
Responsibilities
During your time on the Shop Floor, you’ll primarily focus on:
- Replenishing and restocking shelves with fresh and ambient products
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet customer demand
You’ll also receive additional training to support other store functions, including:
- Market Street (finely curated retail section) – implementing fresh and high-quality offerings
- Customer service – assisting shoppers with queries and ensuring they have a positive experience
This role is ideal for a team player who proactively steps up when support is needed.

Requirements & About You
We’re seeking individuals who thrive when they can put customers front and centre and bring the same energy to our team. We look for:
- A helpful and friendly attitude
- Enjoyment in physically active, hands-on work
- Ability to work well under pressure in a structured but dynamic environment
- Evidence of safe equipment use and process adherence
- Commitment to helping both customers and colleagues – problem-solving and query resolution are valuable assets
Age Criteria
- You must be over the school-leaving age. For this, refer to the government’s minimum working age [here].
- Some roles, due to health and safety regulations, require candidates to be over the age of 18.
