Customer Assistant - Replenishment

Replenishment Team Member (Shop Floor) – Join Our Foodmakers & Shopkeepers Team

About the Role

We’re searching for friendly, reliable team members to join our Replenishment team, working on the shop floor to ensure shelves are always stocked with our fresh and ambient products.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment, following clear routines and timed activities to keep operations running smoothly—so our customers can find what they need, when they need it.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Flexible shift patterns (including early starts—shifts can begin as early as 4am).
  • Training to assist other store teams, including Market Street and Customer Service.
  • An opportunity for career progression and development in a team-focused environment.

About the Team

At our larger supermarket, we’re committed to delivering great value and the freshest groceries to over 11 million customers weekly. Our focus on preparing food in-house makes us unique—we pride ourselves on offering nothing but the freshest products. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Regularly replenish product stocks using efficient processes and equipment.
  • Assist with packing and prepping fresh and ambient products.
  • Support all teams (including Market Street and Customer Service).
  • Ensure safe and accurate operations—timed activities and structured procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, customer-focused working environment.
