Customer Assistant - Replenishment

Replenishment Team Member – Shop Floor Role

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment team, working on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with our fresh and ambient products.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment, following clear routines and timed activities to ensure our customers can find what they need when they need it. Note: Shifts may start as early as 4am – please keep this in mind when applying.

During your role, you will also be trained to support other store teams, including Market Street and Customer Service, providing flexibility and support wherever the team needs you most.

About You

We’re seeking customer-first team members who share our passion for fresh, quality products. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, structured environment
  • Confidence in safely using equipment and following processes
  • A dedication to assisting customers and resolving queries effectively
