Customer Assistant - Replenishment
Replenishment Team – Shop Floor Role
We’ve changed this job title to be more reflective of the responsibilities. It may be worth highlighting how decisions in this role impact the customer journey and how customers can spot and praise the great work being done.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment team, working on the shop floor to keep our shelves fully stocked with all of our wonderful fresh and ambient products.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment, with clear routines and timed activities that help ensure smooth operations. This allows our customers to access what they need when they need it.
⚠️ Note on shift hours: shifts can start from 4am, so please factor this in when applying.
What you’ll be doing
As a key part of our team, you’ll:
- Stock shelves with fresh and ambient products to keep our stores well-organised
- Help support other teams within the store, including our Market Street and Customer Service departments
- Follow strict safety protocols when handling equipment
- Play your part in meeting food safety standards and maintaining store freshness
This role is ideal for a team player with a can-do attitude, able to assist wherever we need you most.
