Customer Assistant - Replenishment
Replenishment Team Member (Shop Floor)
About the Role
We’re seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our Replenishment team, ensuring our shelves stay fully stocked with fresh and ambient products. You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment where clear routines and timed activities keep operations running smoothly—so customers can always find what they need when they need it.
Shifts begin as early as 4am, so please consider this when applying.
You’ll also receive cross-trained support for other store functions, such as our Market Street and Customer Service teams, making this a fantastic role for a team player keen to lend a hand wherever necessary.
About You
We’re looking for people who share our passion for putting customers first. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- A helpful and friendly approach
- Enjoyment of active, hands-on work
- Ability to thrive in busy, structured environments
- Comfortable with safe equipment use and process adherence
- A Customer Service-first mindset, capable of resolving queries
