Customer Assistant - Scanning
**# Scanning Team Member – Morrisons Retail
About the Role
Join Morrisons’ Scanning team—helping ensure our 11 million weekly customers can quickly find what they need.
In this hands-on role, you’ll use in-store tech to perform vital tasks, including:
- Conducting stock counts
- Executing gap scans
- Keeping our shelves stocked and systems updated
Your precision makes a real difference to the shopping experience while offering the chance to support Market Street and Replenishment teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed stock management tasks using efficiency tools
- Help maintain store accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Assist across multiple teams—working together to enhance service
- Follow health and safety processes and use equipment safely
- Support customer queries and doubts with a friendly, proactive approach
Requirements
To be successful, we’re looking for:
- A helpful, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Enjoyment of hands-on, active work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Comfort in following protocols and operating equipment carefully
- Flexibility to support additional store tasks
