Customer Assistant - Service
Customer Service Team Roles – Join Our Foodmakers & Shopkeepers
We’re looking for friendly, approachable people to join our Service team, helping customers experience our checkout service, self-serve tills, and kiosks with care.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring customers are well served with a warm, helpful smile
- Processing transactions quickly and efficiently
- Offering excellent customer experience, making sure every guest feels welcome
Additionally, you’ll also receive versatile training to lend support across other areas of the store, such as our Market Street or Replenishment teams. Perfect for team players who enjoy going the extra mile wherever needed!
