Customer Assistant - Service

Service Team Member – Morrisons

We’re looking for friendly, approachable people to join our Service team, providing an outstanding customer experience at:

  • Checkouts
  • Self-serve tills
  • Kiosks

About the Role

You’ll support customers in their shopping, process transactions efficiently, and deliver exceptional service—ensuring they feel valued and welcome every time they visit.

Our team does much more than just service customers! You’ll also receive training to support key store operations—such as our famous Market Street or Replenishment teams—making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys contributing across multiple functions.


Your Responsibilities

  • Help customersolve self-service issues and guide them through seamless transactions
  • Offer warm, efficient customer service with a smiling attitude
  • Support health & safety compliance and equipment safety procedures
  • Assist with stocking and prepping tasks in support of broader store operations
  • Act as a team player who lends a hand wherever needed

About You

We’re looking for candidates who share our passion for putting customers first. Some of the qualities we value include:

  • A helpful and friendly approach
  • Enthusiasm for active, hands-on work
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in using equipment safely, following processes, and finding solutions

Note: We will only recruit candidates aged over the school-leaving age. Some roles require the applicant to be over 18 for health and safety compliance.
