Customer Assistant - Service
Service Team Member – Customer Service & Checkout Support (Market Street/Replenishment Support)
Join Morrisons’ friendly and helpful Service Team in delivering exceptional customer service across our checkouts, self-serve kiosks, and other store areas.
About the Role We’re seeking welcoming, energetic individuals to provide a great customer experience—helping with shopping, processing transactions smoothly, and ensuring shoppers leave feeling valued. You’ll also receive training to support other teams, like our famous Market Street or Replenishment teams, making this role ideal for team players ready to contribute wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers efficientally at checkouts, self-serve kiosks, and other store zones
- Process transactions accurately and courteously
- Offer friendly, approachable service with a smile
- Support shopping needs and resolve any queries
- Extend support to other teams (e.g., Market Street, Replenishment) as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and store policies
About You

- Helpful and friendly attitude, always ready to assist
- Ability to stay active, hands-on, and energetic throughout shifts
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to use equipment safely and follow processes systematically
- A passion for supporting customers and troubleshooting queries
