Team Member – Service Team (Self-Service & Customer Experience)

We’re looking for friendly, approachable people to join our Service team, delivering outstanding customer experience across our checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks.

Your role will involve:

  • Assisting customers with their shopping efficiently
  • Processing transactions smoothly and professionally
  • Providing friendly, welcoming service
  • Ensuring every customer leaves satisfied

You’ll also receive training to support other teams—such as our Market Street and Replenishment departments—making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves contributing in any part of the store.
