Customer Assistant - Service

Service Team Customer Experience Role at Morrisons


About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, approachable enablers to join our fantastic Service Team, delivering outstanding customer experiences across checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Support customers seamlessly through their shopping journey
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Inclusive, quick service with a “customer-first” approach
  • Smile, chat, and ensure departures are effortless and positive

Bonus opportunities:

  • Cross-train in other store functions (Market Street teams, replenishment)
