Service Team Role – Customer Focused Team Member
We’re looking for friendly, approachable people to join our Service team, ensuring customers enjoy a great experience at our checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks.
You’ll:
- Assist customers with their shopping experience
- Process transactions smoothly
- Provide high-quality customer service with a genuine smile
- Help customers feel looked after and welcome
In addition to frontline duties, you’ll be trained to support other store teams, such as our Market Street or Replenishment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive shopping experience at checkout, self-checkout, and kiosks
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Offer helpful assistance, whether answering questions or resolving concerns
- Maintain a smiling, proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a team-focused environment, supporting wherever needed
