Customer Assistant - Service

Join Our Friendly Service Team

We’re looking for friendly, approachable people to join our Service Team, giving customers an exceptional experience at checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks.

You’ll assist customers with their shopping, process transactions smoothly, and deliver outstanding service with a genuine smile—ensuring they feel valued, welcome, and well looked after.

Additionally, you’ll receive training to support other areas of the store, including our Market Street and Replenishment teams. This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy being part of a team and are always ready to lend a hand wherever needed.

About You

We’re seeking individuals who prioritise customer service as much as we do. The qualities we value include:

  • A helpful and friendly approach
  • Enjoying staying active and being hands-on
  • Thriving in busy, structured environments
  • Comfortable using equipment safely and following operational processes
  • A passion for supporting customers and resolving their queries
