About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class service: Act as a product expert to confidently assist customers
- Run deliveries & restocking: Handle incoming stock efficiently and maintain aisle organisation
- Freshen food daily: Passionate upkeep of the bakery and all Non-Food sections
- Exemplify customer care:=np: smiling, proactive, and solutions-focused (no repeat problems!)
Requirements
- Fast-paced work experience (any industry, but retail-adjacent ideal)
- Customer service sharpness: Anticipating needs resolves queries effortlessly
- Flexible ethics: Early starts, late finishes, or enforced shift changes occur
- **Totally team mindset: Official poise + friendly demeanours to lead by example
- Hungry for growth: Eager mind to soak up training and progression
