Travel Money Advisor – Part-Time
Work Pattern
- Tuesday: 18:30–22:30
- Wednesday: 18:15–22:15
- Thursday: 18:15–22:15
- Saturday: 16:15–20:15
About the Role
Join our Travel Money team—the part of the store where customers seek confidence, clarity, and unparalleled service before embarking on their adventures.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be their trusted expert, blending detailed accuracy, service excellence, and a knack for connection—ensuring every transaction feels personal and seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Use digital tools effortlessly to complete transactions, check rates and assist customers across all Travel Money channels, ensuring a fast and reliable experience.
- Prioritise accuracy, compliance, and security: Adhere to proven financial and legal processes to protect customers and our business from crime and risk.
- Deliver fast, proactive service with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Share expertise, support colleagues, and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing, reinforcing confidence in how we serve our customers.
- Remain flexible and adaptable, maintaining ‘best-in-town’ standards in presentation, availability, and service at all times.
