Travel Money Operational Manager – Roles and Responsibilities
Work Pattern
- Sunday: 12:30–18:00
- Friday: 14:00–22:00
- Saturday: 13:00–21:00

Technical Skills & Experience
- Contributes to store profitability through effective operational decisions.
- Ensures tasks are completed right first time, meeting deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Travel Money channels and product lines.
- Strong product and service knowledge, including Commercial basics.
- Up-to-date understanding of digital capabilities and software tools.
- Identifies customer needs and creates memorable sales experiences.
- Flexible and quick learner—responds to operational or technological changes effectively.

- Customers – Ensuring a seamless, enjoyable transaction.

- M&S Bank Travel Money Support Team – Providing and receiving guidance.
