Summary
- £13.45 – £14.45 per hour (with £2.00/hour bonus for bank holidays & £3.50/hour for night shifts).
- 20-hour contract, flexible shifts (5am–11pm).
- 30–35 days holiday (pro rata).

The Role
As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you’ll:
- Become a go-to expert for customers — answering questions, navigating queries seamlessly.
- Work with deliveries to keep stock fresh and fast-moving.
- Deliver exemplary customer service with enthusiasm and initiative.
- Keep our bakery topped up daily with warm, freshly baked goods.
- Master merchandise in our essential Non-Food aisles to enhance customer experience.
