About the Role

They say variety is the spice of life—but as a Customer Assistant at Lidl, it’s the heart of every shift. There’s no monotony in this role: you’ll restock shelves, assist at till points, clean and organise the store, and consistently deliver the excellent service that keeps Lidl customers smiling.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a Lidl expert, guiding customers with understanding and generosity
  • Efficiently handle incoming deliveries, ensuring everything arrives where it should
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with passion and consistency
  • Proactively top up bakery sections with fresh goods
  • Merchandise and maintain stock in our non-food sections
