• Deliver remarkable service in a high-speed, high-pressure Food retail environment
• Serve, sell, and fill shelves while driving sales growth in a dynamic retail setting
• Utilise digital tools (e.g., Sparks App, in-store devices) to enhance the customer experience and streamline service
• Remain sharp, agile, and focused during peak demand periods
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture, supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless experience
• Embrace flexibility to adapt to changing store demands—no two shifts are the same
