Job Summary
- Pay: £13.45 – £14.45 per hour
- Contract: 25-30 hours (with the possibility of flexible shifts)
- Holiday: 30–35 days’ leave (pro rata)

About the Role
In this Customer Assistant position, you’ll bring your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to our team. Here, no day is ever the same! You’ll:
- Restock, organise, and rotate stock to keep shelves neat and stocked.
- Assist at the till, ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
- Keep our store clean, tidy, and customer-friendly.
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert customer service: Help customers with queries, ensure they leave happy, and bring that ‘Lidl quality’ to every interaction.
- Efficiently handle deliveries: Umajamely coordinate stock as it arrives to keep our shelves fresh and full.
- Bake with passion: Regularly top up the bakery section with freshly made goods—expected tenacity!
- Merchandise Non-Food products: Expertly arrange and maintain our middle aisles.
- Meet the needs of our customers and store: Because these things often change quickly, we ask for flexibility and adaptability to stay ahead.
What You’ll Bring
