Customer Assistant (Warehouse) – £13.45 - £14.45 per Hour

📍 Various locations | 10, 16 or 20-hour contracts | Shifts between 5am - 11pm (including weekends)

☑️ Responsibilities

  • Bring your Lidl expertise—help customers with questions, queries, and recommendations.
  • Work deliveries efficiently—ensure stock arrives and is stored correctly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service—equipping our customers with trust, speed, and friendliness.
  • Keep the bakery fresh—top up stock with premium baked goods daily.
  • Trend and maintain non-food aisles—emerchandise displays and ensure a premium shopping experience.

✅ Requirements

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments (retail, hospitality, customer service, etc.).
  • Strong customer service skills—interacting positively with team members and guests.
  • Flexibility—ready to start early or work late shifts as required.
  • Adaptability—comfortable adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Professionalism—a keen attitude to thrive and contribute to store success.
  • Attitude matters—smile often and bring a bright, helpful energy that lifts the team and delights customers.
