Customer Assistant – Lidl

£13.45 - £14.45 per hour | 10-15 hour contract | Various shifts (including weekends) | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer first – Provide expert guidance, resolve queries, and create a positive shopping experience.
  • Delivery assistance – Efficiently unload and process goods as they arrive in store.
  • Customer excellence – Deliver outstanding service with passion and professionalism.
  • Bakery maintenance – Top up fresh goods to ensure quality and availability.
  • Merchandising – Expertly display and organise middle-aisle Non-Food products for maximum appeal.

Requirements
