Customer Assistant – Lidl
£13.45 - £14.45 per hour | 10-15 hour contract | Various shifts (including weekends) | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Your Responsibilities
- Customer first – Provide expert guidance, resolve queries, and create a positive shopping experience.
- Delivery assistance – Efficiently unload and process goods as they arrive in store.
- Customer excellence – Deliver outstanding service with passion and professionalism.
- Bakery maintenance – Top up fresh goods to ensure quality and availability.
- Merchandising – Expertly display and organise middle-aisle Non-Food products for maximum appeal.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Fast-paced work experience (adaptability is key)
- Superb customer service skills
- Flexibility (early starts, late finishes, and shift changes)
- A solution-focused mindset (priorities may shift—be ready!)
