- Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:15 PM (31.25 hours per week)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Travel: Occasional support in Goodna & Springfield branches; reasonable travel required

Your role will directly impact customers when they need us most.
What You’ll Do
As the Customer Banking Specialist Relief in the Ipswich Branch, you’ll be the face of CommBank—your customers will speak with you first. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting every customer and understanding their needs to direct them to the best channel
- Building genuine connections through meaningful conversations to enhance their banking experience
- Demonstrating our digital banking tools and in-branch technology to help customers choose the right options
- Ensuring smooth branch operations by monitoring movements and customer satisfaction
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- A proven track record in exceptional customer service, ideally within financial services, retail, or hospitality
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to remain approachable and professional
- The ability to manage customer expectations with composure and confidence
- A passion for building a long-term career at CommBank and supporting our customers’ financial goals
