About The Team
You will join our Customer Base Sales team, selling into enterprise-level clients across the world. Your primary focus will be on commercial activity within our Sales & Marketing function.

About The Person
We’re looking for a self-starter with:
- Team player mentality and a positive can-do attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ideal: Strong understanding of Workday and/or other HR and Finance platforms
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment that constantly adapts to change
- Willingness to travel at least once per quarter for client visits, conferences, and user groups
- Ability to flourish in a quota-driven, highly competitive, high-performance, and pressurised environment
- Capacity to plan and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines aligned with business and customer requirements
Essential Requirements
Sales Experience
- Minimum of 2 years direct selling experience in SaaS sales, including:
- Closing deals in a Sales Executive or Account Management role
- Value-based consultative selling and closing
- Quota delivery, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting

- Experience selling to the office of CHRO or CFO, with a focus on HR/HRIT and Finance Leaders
Communication Skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to deliver value-based proposals
- Active listening and articulation of challenges and solutions
Education/Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Arts, Science, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent professional sales experience)
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or equivalent CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot) Desirable: Workday certified, selling into Workday customers, HRIS, or Finance
- Experience in:
- Creating Account Plans
- Segmenting product whitespace
- Defining wallet share
- Using tech stacks such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Additional Roles
- Preferable: Experience in inside sales, sales development, or account management
Account Management Responsibilities
Retaining and growing an existing base of enterprise-level customers across your defined EMEA territory. Key responsibilities include:
Revenue Targets
- Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team targets (revenue-focused), driving qualified pipeline.
- Responsibility for all Kainos Workday Product commercial activity and account management matters in assigned region.
Collaborative Account Leadership
- Become the Account Lead for a portfolio of defined enterprise accounts.
- Lead every stage of sales cycle, from discovery to qualification, independent collaboration with Account Managers and Directors.
- Join a supportive environment with 1:1 mentorship from senior colleagues and collaboration with Account Directors and Executives.

- Effectively listen
- Build trust
- Articulate challenges
- Propose targeted solutions
Strategic Engagement with Marketing
- Collaborate with Customer Base Marketing Manager, Account Directors, Senior Leadership to:
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies
- Create Bespoke value propositions
- Align user engagement activities with business objectives
