The Recipe (About the Role)
Join our Sales Team on a part-time basis and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for both our retail partners and internal stakeholders. Supporting the team's wider objectives, you'll help ensure projects run smoothly through excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
In this role, you'll:
- Coordinate product samples for retailer submissions
- Complete benchmarking, trade shows, and internal events
- Ensure accurate labelling and compliance with allergen and scientific standards
- Manage and collate key business data
- Help National Account Managers with product samples for new launches and key customer activity
- Deliver product benchmarking insights, including brand information and nutritional comparisons
- Organise and provide samples for trade events, exhibitions, and internal showcase days
- Coordinate start, mid-point, and final samples for new product launches and product changes
- Own benchmarking sample requirements for the customer brand team, ensuring consistency and availability
- Maintain and update the customer brand library and data systems, including Brandbank (external product content platform)
- Raise purchase orders and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment

The Ingredients (What we need from you)
Key Know How:
- Experience in an administrative role with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Strong numeracy and data skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear communication skills with strong organisational capability
