Exciting Opportunity at Animed
Established in 2010, Animed supplies animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK. We're proud of our reputation for excellent customer service and are now looking to welcome a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive Customer Care team.
Shift Patterns
- Flexible Part-time shifts available
- Part-time: 20+ hours per week covering weekdays and/or weekends
- Flexible lunch-cover shifts across Monday to Friday, examples including:
- 10am–3pm
- 11am–4pm
- 12pm–5pm
- If weekends suit you better, we would love more support on:
- Saturday 8-5
- Sunday 8-5 or 10-4 (this will be admin only as phone lines closed)
- Weekend support would be working from home as the office is closed.
- Flex; option to include weekend shifts for those who prefer additional flexibility. We are happy to discuss a pattern that works for you.

Pay
- £12.71 per hour
Location
- Office in Diss, Hybrid working available following initial training - based on maintaining performance (No fully Remote Options). WFH weekends.

What You'll Be Doing
- Answering inbound calls or emails in a busy contact centre environment - this is the core part of the role.
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint.
- Accurately updating multiple IT systems.
- Capturing customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset able to handle the back to back nature of the role.
- Reliability and flexibility regarding working patterns.
