Join Bella di Notte as a Customer Care Advisor (5 days a week)
Bella di Notte is known for beautifully made clothing, exceptional service, and a loyal customer base who value quality and personal attention. We’re looking for a warm, confident Customer Care Advisor to join us five days a week. Monday to Friday, with Saturday working, approximately 21 per year.
This role is primarily based on the telephone, where you'll provide friendly, professional support to customers, processing orders, answering enquiries, and delivering an excellent customer experience. From time to time, you'll also support our retail shop, welcoming customers, assisting with purchases, and ensuring they receive the same high standard of service in person. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, communicates confidently, and is happy to support both our customer service and retail teams as business needs require.
What The Role Involves
- Providing a warm, professional, and friendly service to customers over the telephone, by email, and through other communication channels.
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are processed correctly.
- Responding to customer enquiries with confidence, providing clear information on products, availability, deliveries, and services.
- Resolving customer queries and issues in a calm, helpful, and professional manner.
- Processing returns, and order amendments in line with company procedures.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all interactions are logged where required.
- Building strong product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and excellent customer support.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customers receive a seamless service from enquiry through to delivery.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- Experience in retail or customer service
- A polished, friendly manner and excellent communication skills
- Confidence supporting customers both in person and over the phone
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software.
- Excellent attention to detail when processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
