The Role: Customer Care Assistant As a Customer Care Assistant, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone
  • Provide clear information on appointments, treatment plans, and payment options
  • Manage scheduling and patient records efficiently
  • Support the clinical team through communication coordination
  • Answer queries with empathy, resilience, and professionalism
  • Participate in ongoing training to build long-term skills and career growth

Who We’re Looking For We welcome motivated professionals – whether you have experience in a customer-facing role or are just starting your career in healthcare. Key qualities include:

  • Proven excellent customer service skills
  • Clear communication and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A solution-focused approach to challenges
  • Proficiency with IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (minimum grade C)
  • Full UK driving licence (with flexibility to travel to other practice locations)

  • Fluency in Welsh
