Customer Care Champion – Night Shift (Otisline Contact Centre Team)
Location: 7 Barton Close, Grove Park, LE19 1SJ, Leicester, UK
About the Role
Otis is expanding our team and is recruiting a Customer Care Champion for our Night Shift in our Otisline Contact Centre, based in Leicester. Operating between 10pm and 8am on a 5-day consecutive work/4-day off rotation, this role provides a critical link between Otis, technicians, service managers, and customers.
As a Customer Care Champion, you’ll expand beyond core contact centre duties with opportunities to upskill across the customer service landscape—from collaboration with field teams to operational task management. In a Typical Day, You Will:
- Handle high-pressure customer interactions with inbound and outbound calls from:
- Technicians
- Service Delivery Managers
- External Customers
- Process and dispatch work orders efficiently:
- Over the phone
- Via email
- Within agreed SLAs
- Ensure compliance with all internal and customer service procedures:
- Proactive response to alarm calls
- Accurate capture and updating of customer, job, and CRM data
- Classify and prioritise OtisLine emails, ensuring full lien documentation via CRM for incidents or repairs
- Log all necessary reports, including those from insurance inspectors
