Role Description
The Customer Care Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Leicester, responsible for ensuring kitchens are installed to a high standard and that customers receive excellent post-installation support. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Carrying out kitchen installations and adjustments
- Completing remedial works
- Resolving any issues identified during or after fitting

The role involves visiting customer homes or commercial sites, assessing installation requirements, and communicating clearly with customers about timelines, progress, and any necessary follow-up. The Customer Care Installer will work closely with the design, sales, and operations teams to ensure installations meet specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Accurate documentation of work completed
- Timely reporting of any technical or material issues
- Maintaining a professional, respectful presence on-site
Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen fitting, carpentry, joinery, or a related trade, with strong practical installation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and measurements, with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain work clearly and manage customer expectations professionally.
- Capability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices, safe use of tools and equipment, and adherence to relevant regulations.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer locations in and around Leicester and Leicestershire.
- Experience in residential or commercial kitchen projects is an advantage; relevant vocational qualifications or apprenticeships are beneficial.
