Your new role

We're delighted to be recruiting for a new Development Customer Care Officer to join our hardworking Development team on a permanent basis. You will be looking after our newly built homes for one to two years after they’ve been built. We will provide you with full training and future opportunities for your professional development.

This role will be based from our Bracknell office. Travel between our office locations may be required so you will need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Your main purpose will be to Keep our customers informed on any outstanding works happening within their home whilst ensuring customers receive a consistent, efficient, personal service.
