We're looking for talented Customer Care Associates and Senior Customer Care Associates to join us, suitable for candidates at different stages of their careers—whether building skills or taking on leadership.

Beginners will undergo three weeks of training in London, with travel and accommodation provided.
## Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high standard of experience aligned with our brand.
- Consistently address customer needs with dedication, professionalism, and honesty.
- Handle 50+ calls daily, troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Use initiative to solve problems and keep our service running smoothly.
- Collaborate with dry cleaners and drivers to deliver exceptional customer support.
## Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum two years of previous customer care experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and punctuality.
- Ability to think on your feet and work independently.
- Commitment to staying diligently focused on tasks.
- Teamwork and professional behaviour required.

## Work Hours
This role operates across shifts throughout the week—including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts—with a fair balance in weekly work schedules. You’ll be supported to work one weekend every two weeks as part of an equitable roster.
