DEPARTMENT MISSION
The Customer Care position is an integral part of the Supply Chain Department, whose mission is to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through the optimal coordination of logistics resources, production planning, and product procurement. The role plays a key part in ensuring professional, responsive customer service while maintaining strict control over costs and inventory across the entire supply chain. By acting as a central interface between customers and internal operations, this position directly supports efficiency, reliability, and service excellence throughout the end-to-end chain.

RESPONSABILITIES
- You supervise and optimize the entire order cycle, from receipt to delivery providing support on invoicing and payment matters solely in the event of discrepancies or issues
- You are proactive in providing accurate and relevant information to customers, particularly regarding products, and responsive in handling complaints to resolve issues quickly
- You master the pricing structure and its implications to respond effectively to customer requests and ensure that prices are always aligned with commercial negotiations
- You respond promptly and accurately to requests from the sales team and customers
- You are the primary point of contact for internal (Sales) and external customers for all administrative and Supply Chain-related matters
- You ensure that customer information is kept up to date in SAP to guarantee reliable data management
- You coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with customs requirements
- You provide cover for colleagues or the Manager during their absence
- You adopt a continuous improvement approach and generate added value for customers and for Sabert
SKILLS
- You are customer-oriented and cost-conscious
- You are methodical and rigorous
- You are resilient under stress with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure
- You have strong prioritization skills with a sharp focus on deadlines and deliverables
- You are independent and versatile, and you enjoy task variety
- You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage. You have the ability to learn and master new tools quickly
- You have the ability to understand customers' needs and processes well, and you are proactive in anticipating their requirements and preventing potential problems
- You are empathetic, a good listener, able to resolve conflicts and have good communication skills
- You have a strong team spirit, positive and constructive mindset
- You have a bachelor's degree or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
