Customer Care Representative – Field Inventory Management - (Maternity Fixed-Term Contract)

At Boston Scientific, you'll be part of a global team dedicated to solving some of healthcare's toughest challenges through innovative medical technologies that improve patients' lives around the world. We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care team on a maternity fixed-term contract, supporting Field Inventory Management. In this role, you'll help ensure our products are available where and when they're needed by partnering with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About the role

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting the movement of inventory across the field, managing customer orders and helping ensure efficient delivery of products. Your ability to build strong relationships, solve problems and coordinate across multiple teams will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service.

What you'll do

  • Manage customer orders received via phone, email and other channels.
  • Coordinate field inventory and stock transfers to support customer and business needs.
  • Monitor deliveries and work with logistics partners to help ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle returns, special deliveries and other customer requests.
  • Respond to customer and sales team enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and product availability.
  • Resolve customer service issues and manage backorders effectively.
  • Process documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Care, Sales and Supply Chain to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain compliance with Boston Scientific quality standards and processes.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. You are organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer care, order management or supply chain support.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
  • Confidence working with multiple systems and administrative processes.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
