Customer Care Team Member

Department: Retail Employment Type: Part-time Location: Bridgwater Application Deadline: 31 July 2026 Reporting To: Richard Stewart Compensation: £10.85 – £12.71 per hour

Role Overview

We’re seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Team Member to join our store team. This customer-facing role focuses on creating a welcoming, solution-driven experience for our members. If you thrive on great service and enjoy collaborating in a team, apply today!

Hours:

  • 3 days per week (choose one of the following options):
    • Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
    • Thursday, Friday & Saturday

About the Role

Contract: Permanent Total Hours: Part-time, 18 hours per week

As a Customer Care Team Member, you’ll contribute to our store’s success by delivering:

  • Outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism
  • Prompt resolution of queries and support at the counter
  • Efficient phone handling in line with company standards
  • Stock management while maintaining accuracy
